my husband made me chaffles this morning.

He's been cooking all the meals for the last two years that I've been sick, and he's learned so much. He's never tried waffles or chaffles, but I thought he did pretty good for the first time. These are so easy to make. It's one egg scrambled, 1/4 of a cup of shredded mozzarella and put in the waffle maker for one or two minutes. The second time he made them today he added a little bit of cinnamon and a pinch of stevia and one tablespoon of almond flour. The second batch was very tasty.

Thanks girls. Yes he did great and they tasted delicious. I ate too much. No lunch today I'm stuffed.
