Lost 3.6. It hasn't even been 2 full weeks yet. Trying to get to 21 consecutive days of eating right. Hoping to make these habits stick for a lifetime. Not looking for overnight weight loss. After all I didn't gain it overnight. There have been days the scale has gone up, and days it has simply stalled. I am determined not to get derailed, but also only record progress. Every last pair of pants feels better. No longer cutting off my circulation.

I feel healthier, look better and that's all that matters. Patience. Progress... not perfection! Trying to adopt something I can stick to and enjoy. I love food. Just trying to love food that is better for me. Over and out!
