This sprained ankle is killing me...grrr... I'm trying to transition off the crutches today. Doctor said a week for crutches... it happened last tuesday.. so i'm a day early but at this point i'm not sure if my poor arms can take it any more. I'm trying to stay off of it as much as possible but thats easier said than done. I stepped on the scale this morning (weigh in is tomorrow) i'm not looking forward to it because as of today its a gain. There is only so much you can do with only one foot. I have my big boot on today (air cast) so hopefully that will help support my foot during the day at my office and then i can relax and keep it up all night tonight.

Sorry to hear you hurt your foot... I had a hairline fracture on my foot a couple of months ago because I over did it with spinning, and my hubby/doctor told me to stay off of my foot... But didn't listen instead I started doing the eliptical because you don't put so much weight on your feet... That helped, and my foot healed... Now I take it easy with the spinning...

I'm supposed to be on crutches until tomorrow...but i didn't listen, i started walking with the boot as of yesterday. By the end of the night it was pain but the fast i heal the faster i get back into my workouts.
