Got my walk and water in today. 3.14 miles again. I'm trying to decide if I want to do a 24 hour fast (planned), a 36 hour fast, or 42 hour fast. I do want to work up to 72 hours but it may take a while. I might just see how I feel after 24 and go from there. I do the 16/8 every day (closer to 19/5 most days) so it shouldn't be to bad to extend it further. I can't wait until we get a little cooler here. It's 11:30 P.M. and about 80 degrees. I would love to be able to walk in even cooler weather. BUT it's Florida so that may or may not happen for a while.
