I had a really bad day of eating 2 days ago. Less than 1000 calories and only 3.8 carbs. I was just so busy I didn't make any time to eat. I had eggs for breakfast and pepperoni and cheese for dinner.
I didn't stop working to eat lunch or even have a snack. I don't work at a desk, so it isn't as easy to just stop my work and go sit down. I felt absolutely horrible yesterday.
I ate much better yesterday, but I think I sabotaged myself with my poor eating a couple of days ago. I really have to force myself to take a break and eat something.
