Well I've been following a keto diet for several weeks now, 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs. I was on a 45% protein, 45% carb and 10%fat diet for a while, but since I've changed diets the fat has melted away, I've kept my muscle tone and my strength has increased! I carb up on a Saturday night (my treat night) and healthy carb up on Sunday. Never felt better! :)
