Please don't be, just study your body and look what it fits to it, manage that effort to the right direction.
Take your scale first thing after you wakeup and take your bath.
Try to have only liquids"herbal tea and water" starting from 7pm.
Try to have your meals within 6 hours of your active day, and keep the rest for liquids (just water and tea ot herbal tea) using a diet sugar.
Keep it up and keep going i am keeping an eye on you 💪💪💪💪
