Whew! I went to costco and got some protien shakes, and some salmon to grill for dinner tonight, as well as some fresh greens, grapes, asparagus, and other veggies, and some chicken breast too! So, my fridge is well stocked with healthy ingredients. I haven't weighed yet, but that's because I keep forgetting! I'll be sure and weigh first thing tomorrow morning.
