I think I figured out why I am stuck at 189. Its my routine! I take all my vitamins at night and I think its messing with my weigh in. Last night I got ready for bed and weighed. 190.8! I was so thrilled! Then I took all my vitamins and went to bed. An hour later I had to pee, and weighed after....192.4!!! WTH!?!?!? So today I took all of them in the morning to see what happens...I hope this is it cause I have no idea what else it could be!

Sometimes changing your routine helps. I hit a stall at 155. I lowered my calorie and carb intake and started losing again. Good luck.
