I need some ideas for high fat (good fats) induction friendly snacks. I cant seem to get enough fats. I am also stalled and experimenting with different things that might be causing it. I read somewhere that the more fats you get the easier it is to lose the butt fat (sorry). HAHA

Avacado, Bleu Cheese salad dressing, butter, olive oil, fish oil capsules... take a look at my food diary I have no trouble getting my calories and fat in... make sure you're eating enough... not eating enough caused me to stall at 297 lbs and have been losing steady since I upped my calories

I agree with the avacado. I still stick with only half of one. Also a burger seems to raise mine too. I always had a problem at first now I am doing well there. Good luck!

I am still trying to get the swing of things. I upped my calories the last couple days so I am hoping for a woosh soon. I have my TOM, so I think I will be 189 for a few more days at least. :(
It seems like it was so much easier last time, I didnt even think, I just ate. But this time the weight isnt moving. I also am having problems with candida, so I am treating that too, which might be my fat/calorie issue since I cant eat cheese like I used to. Bummer.
I think I might make some Flax crackers tomorrow so I can have something to slather butter and cream cheese on. That should help. Not a fan of avocados. I am working on that though :)
Thanks!!!

The same website also has a recipe for flaxseed "bread" that is pretty good too!!
