After working all night, I was pretty sleepy, but I figured I should get some kind of exercise in for the day. I walked down my gravel road for about 15 minutes, and the sides of my calf's were already hurting, :/! I know Im just getting back into exercising, so it will eventually get better, but golly! lol. I did a little jump roping also, <b>WOW!!</b>after about 1 minute I was already dying. LOLOL! I did it in between walking about three times, I could DEFINITELY feel the burn let me tell ya! :P
I think I need to go sports bra shopping soon though, regular bra's were totally not meant for jump roping.... >.> haha!
Now i'm about to head to bed, gotta be up in 6 hours to cook for the hubby! :P Have a great day everyone!
