So much has been going on, I've neglected my buddies, and I've pretty much neglected myself! I've not worked out in what feels like forever, my joints have been killing me, I've been horrible with my eating, and I've been working 50+ hours per week. That said, enough is enough! No more massive amounts of OT! No more excuses for not hitting the gym! I don't even want to get on the scale, for fear of what I may see!
