So much has been going on, I've neglected my buddies, and I've pretty much neglected myself! I've not worked out in what feels like forever, my joints have been killing me, I've been horrible with my eating, and I've been working 50+ hours per week. That said, enough is enough! No more massive amounts of OT! No more excuses for not hitting the gym! I don't even want to get on the scale, for fear of what I may see!

Welcome back! Good for you for jumping back on the wagon. Don't be afraid of the scales. When I record my gains, they seem to lose control over me and it is easier to move on. They're gonna be there whether we admit to them or not! I am sure you will start feeling a whole lot better after you get a week of healthy eating under your belt. You can do it!

I was missing you! You have to take care of yourself before you can care for others. This always reminds me of what the airline attendants say "put your mask on before helping your neighbor". So I'm glad you're back and making time for YOU.

I was wondering about you! I'm glad to see you are back on. Go ahead and weigh in. Evelyn is right, the weight is still the same whether you record it or not. Last summer I worked hard to get down to 144 and then let myself go back to 156 after Christmas. That really stunk. But I got back at it and fought to lose once again. You did so great before and am confident you will do great once again. We're here to support and encourage you!

I say get on the scale asap and see where you stand. You seem so determined to start anew that you want a record of how bad things got. :-)
