Well, it has been two weeks for my walking regime (3 miles, 5 times a week) and I am 5 days into writing down all I eat. I have lost 2.6 pounds this week, but Monday is my official weigh-day where I will record and track.
What I learned this week:
1. Moderation 2. Setting small goals to reach my ultimate goal 3. Envisioning the future helps, seeing myself a size smaller.
