UGH!!! I DON'T GET IT!!! I exercise, eat well, lots of fat, low carbs, perfect % ratios and NOTHING! I cannot get past 189!!! I'm still in induction, the weight should be coming off easier!!!

We all have those spells where we don't lost and it is soooo frustrating! Hang in there, it'll come!

Hi,try cutting back on your fats make sure they are all good fats, and while in they induction, dont do to much exercise. This worked for me!

i wish my food diary looked as good as yours! but how much water are you drinking? i found when i push the water i lose faster! but i just came through a bad stall to so i understand the frustration!
