So here ia the thing, the shark came visiting 2 weeks ago and guess what......he is here again. I suppose this is how I had fraternal twins 12 years ago🤔. I'm not alarmed by that but just trying to paint a pic of how my hormones are all over the place and doesn't make sense that my weight is up and down all the time. I suppose the nice thing is that I'm learning allot about my body and trying to master the weight loss thing. Here's to the journey and going forward🥂. Thanks for the support on this group even though it seems so tough at times.
