I am immensely disappointed with myself right now. My diet these past few days has been a train wreck and i've eaten so much ice cream i may very well explode. But now all the ice cream is gone, thank God, and starting tomorrow i'm back on my slim fast, granola, etc, etc. I might still to go the gym tonight to run a few miles but i doubt i will find the motivation when i feel this bloated.

rest up clear your mindset and go for it tomorrow make a plan to workout and make healthier choices you can do it stay strong enjoy your weekend and focus on the long term ......slow and steady.

you're right, but it's just so hard to focus once i get out of the habit, you know? i just spiral out of control and eat all sorts of junk. :/

Make it a mix of healthy and a little junky stuff cutting in half is going be better in the long run...it make even help with spiral effect whatta you say? Worth a try....
