Here I go again. This is a never ending battle for me. Okay, so I am now at my highest weight since 2010. 215.6, I believe? I will weigh in tomorrow morning.
I gained a bunch of weight after my hysterectomy despite doing everything I should. Low carbs, healthy calories only, 800-1200 calories a day. Logged all of my food. Went to the gym daily. When the doctor said, "Guess we just need to show you how to do more sit ups and pull ups", I gave up and started eating whatever the hell sounded good. I also stopped going to the gym. Now, I am out of control and just ashamed.
I won't ever be 111 again. I accept that. I just want to be HEALTHY again.
