Weekends are my DOWNFALL.

So my excuses and things my mind says;

1. It’ll be fine you train Monday to Friday.
2. I’m to busy.
3. It’s only a takeaway.

I need to manage my weekends better. If anyone has any ideas I’m open to them.

Multiply your calories per day by 7 for the week, and what you over do in calories at the weekend, you take that amount away in the remaining days left.

I wish I could help but I have the same problem 😂 weekends are when I usually go out aswell so there's too many temptations lol
