I don't think I have ever been so excited to see Aunt Flo!!! Finally got my TOM, 5 days late! I wonder if it is possible to still be in Ketosis during TOM? I don't know if all the hormonal things going on would mess with the ketosis stuff. I am finally on plan and haven't strayed at all in a few days, since Monday I think it was. I feel good too. Except for the fact that I fell this morning holding my twins. My 3 year old tripped me backwards and I landed on my leg. I didnt hurt myself terribly bad or anything, but my leg is a little sore. And all the kids are fine, I got the worst of it! Oh well I guess that comes with being a mom! I am looking forward to reaching my first goal by Sunday or Monday, to hit 185. That was my lowest weight after having the twins last year. I think I can do it!
