Heavy on cals today but I made up for some of it by going to the gym, I'm cycling to work now and using the car less. Plus I don't see my friend much and wanted a treat, I've calculated it from the website nutrition so no secret foods!

When I have foods I consider bad I always put in the highest calorie equivalent I can find so I am sure it looks worse than it is. But time out with friends is so important for real wellbeing 😁
