Love, love, love muffin tin eggs. You can watch the fat used in other methods of cooking eggs. What do you put in yours? Is it spinach? Eating it with salso….sooooo good!

This one had sun dried tomatoes and diced olives. First time I tried this combination. It was so good!!!

I really want to experiment with muffin tin eggs. I’ve read their great for meal prepping.

SUN DRIED TOMATOES. Would never have thought of it! MsJay, they are so easy to make and cleaning the muffin pan is so easy. There are so many different things you can put in them. Gouda cheese, cheddar, bell peppers, etc. Now I have to have some tomorrow.
