Well I gained a stone over the past few months due to emotional issues and it seems as if its almost off already. 2lb to go and I'm back to my original weight before I fell off my plan.

I've got a wedding dress fitting October 18th so I'm hoping to get another half a stone off if I can. I think the fast weight loss must be water or the fact the stone wasn't solid fat yet as its gone rather quickly... But I think I gained it quickly too.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

try this excante shakes replace lunch or dinner I've lost 3/4lbs a week slower now so I'm adding excercise walking to aid my last stone they are really thick and don't taste powdery I actually like them one tip use ice cold water good luck ✨
