I promise I haven't been starving myself 😂 A lot of that 6 pounds was bloating from eating dairy again. I am now a week into being dairy free again 😁 Exercise is still non existent because going back to work has been exhausting for me. I will just keep trying to have a healthy diet until I can get everything else in balance. Might be moving soon and I am so excited for what the future holds and good attitudes help me stay on track!!
