Been really ill this week and I've struggled to keep my eating on track, however I have kept under cals the past two days. Been doctors and had a blood test. Just feel like I lack energy, tired by the usual tasks I do a day. Think it helps my OH is obv in the zone but I desperately want to get back to the gym (did yoga Tuesday and want to go swimming etc)

That’s just how Ive felt but doctors say blood test are fine but then has put me on iron tablets again 🤷‍♀️don’t know what’s going on .Hope you get your results soon 🤗

I'm half hoping something shows up. It feels like a viral infection. When your body feels physically weak, like every muscle? I did yoga Monday and Tuesday at work I was so unwell someone ended up driving me home mid afternoon. I then proceeded to sleep most of Tuesday and a lot of Wednesday once I'd been doctors and had my bloods taken. I'm thinking I might ask for a Diabetes check.
