Is she not a hoot!

Sooooo.... My landlady tells us last month that we have to move at the end of our lease because her realtives are coming to the U.S. from Iran and they need a place to live.

I am pissed because we LOVE our upstairs neighbors

and this is just a perfect location... Park at one end, our chuch at the other, Grocery store a block over and my mom three blocks over... you get the idea. You may be wondering why I am sharing this...?

Well... For Thankful Thursday I am thankful...
We found a duplex ten houses down from where we are now.

It is three bedrooms and has all the fun stuff like dishwasher, trash compactor, central air, new windows, etc.

Same side as our current neighbor, so her kids can walk themselves down the street to visit.

All and all a good fit, funny thing is... I still have not seen this place but the hubby loves it!
