I am going to Panera tonight for dinner, I wish there was a super big size for soup because I am so excited for the Veg. Black Bean. 12oz= 170 calories... I would love like 250 calories worth mmmm. I am going to walk the track after with my girlfrannn :) It is nasty shit humidity right now so I won't do walking til like 8.. at least. I might not get any bread with my soup (the bread= 120-140 calories) and instead I will treat myself to a "petite" panera cookie which is 90-110 calories. YAY for compromise!!!

you're doing a great job try and stay coooooool on your walk... Panera has a low carb bread that is pretty good.
