I tried hard to get enough fat yesterday, but I was unsuccessful. I'm down one pound. I could have done better, but I will accept this.

Kenna & Gz9gjg, I never felt like or thought that anybody was being negative toward what I had to say. Gz9, I'm just a real direct blunt person and so I try to put LOL in so people know I'm not so serious. I did not think for a second that you are unsupportive.
I did see my doctor today and she was so pleased that I'm doing Keto. She said whatever you're doing, keep it up. She's really happy. I told her I cut way back on all my calories. She was okay with that. I've got a lot of fat stored. LOL. I support you both and I know we're going to do this and make it. We're all doing the best we can and we're all in it together. I can't say that I'm right on and that I'm not going to make changes because honestly oh, I really don't have a clue what I'm doing. LOL
