Yay the scale moved! That was a long 5 or so days LOL. Funny thing was every time I stood on the scale this morning it told me something different so I took the highest one LOL.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome. Today was 4 days for me with no move on the scale so I am hoping for tomorrow.

That's great!! I saw your post for bf ideas. I sometimes saute green pepper in evoo, then add an egg+whites, and put over iceberg lettuce, sometimes adding a tsp of mayo drizzled on top. I can't do gluten/dairy either, so I'm always finding ways to get enough cals and healthy meals. Good luck!
