I'm almosts down 2 whole pounds. This is alot for me at this stage in the game. These last 10 lbs have been the hardest for me. I went out for a walk yesterday and it reminded me how good it feels to exercise. Why do I always think of it as a chore? It left me feeling invigorated. I plan on taking some time off during the day to do a workout at home using Excercise TV.
