So I'm kind of in between pants sizes, because the ones I usually wear are too big, but the size below is just a little snug. Just a few more pounds and I can buy some jeans that fit a little better (:

I'm having problems with sleep, but I don't want to start taking some pills or something to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Just some simple things that will help me sleep more solidly.


My dad is home today, and I'm sort of afraid to eat lunch because the soup he's making for dinner is calorie packed, I tried to put it into the calorie counter here but I'm sure theres some things in it I don't know about, and he's too busy to ask.

Are you exercising? I have a lot of sleep issues, but find that if I work out regularly it helps a lot. It's a good feeling when you start needing new clothes, isn't it?

I am exercising, but I know I could easily be doing more. I've been slacking in that area. Also, it's a great feeling!

hey you, i would try some tea to help make you sleepy sometimes that helps, and avoid excercising tooooo late at night as that can get all those endorphines we love some much pumping late at night and makes it hard to sleep :) nice work on your old pants fitting less snug :) keep up the great work!

Thanks for the tips and encouragement! I really don't think I'd be sticking to this if it weren't for this site and the supportive people on it.

If you are cutting back, you might not be getting enough calcium. I sleep better if I take a calcium supplement - or non-fat milk

Hey buddy just checking in with you. Congrats on the weight loss. Old clothes becoming loose fitting is really exciting. I know when began my journey I was unable to fall asleep for about a week. It will pass. I have found that seeking support through this website or playing online spades until I am really tired has been very helpful to me. You are doing sooooo good so stay encouraged.
