apparently I have to use this food tracker to lose weight! I tried without it but got no where I have been working on it again for 4 weeks and have only lost weight the last 3 days. have to stick with it! working on that beach body! lol as if!
105.1 kg Lost so far: 40.5 kg.    Still to go: 39.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
