Was happy to see the lose this morning. Have been eating more calories and they seem to be agreeing with me. Lunch yesterday was the first time I have had more that a 55 calorie lunch in over 2 months. That BLT tasted so good. Tomato fresh from the garden. Will have the same today.

Need to go figure out the calories for dinner. Not sure if I have to add a recipe to the cookbook or not. Looking forward to Ricotta gnocchi, turkey meatballs with marinara sauce. Will see if I can throw in a tossed salad.

Just looked and it shows 117 weight should be117.4

Happy weight loss.

True Melissa! Days that I am really hungry and I "indulge" I realize it wasn't indulging at all... It was just my body saying FEED ME! And then no gain and sometimes even a loss. Those are good days! LOL
