Eating too, too much sugary foods. Surprised I only gained 2 pounds but I have been exercising 7 days weekly. Doing Spin classes 3 x weekly has prevented more weight gain. All I can do is try again.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
