I guess between tasting everything I cooked yesterday and a few too many bedtime snacks I am back on the yo yo train. Hope I do better today but it seems when I have days off I eat more. Back to work tomorrow night.
53.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for your comments. I have got my BMI under control. I am now trying for a cushion so I don't go back up over the limit. Now is just testing to see how much I can get away with and maintain. Once I get down to 110 I will start weighing in once a week and that will give me a good idea. I now know how to lose a couple of pounds in no time
