Everything going GREAT! Can't wait for Monday morning's weigh in. I have been successfully meeting my challenges (300 crunches daily and monitoring diet). I am definitely feeling bit more alive than in previous days. There have been moments where I have wanted to just give in to not doing some exercise or eating something naughty, but ALAS...., I have prevailed.
