UGH!, its gonna be one of those days today. Crazy kids, hot weather and not losing (actually put on) any weight. This is the part that is killing me. I know the weight will come off, but trying to figure out what is stalling me is driving me nuts. I think its either too much dairy, hidden carbs, or the green tea I have been drinking. Some days I wish I had a genie, or a magic wand.

Hey there! Hang in there, stalls happen. I had to cut WAY back on my dairy and nuts before the scale started to move again. Now I can eat it without trouble, but I'm finding salad to be the bad boy now! Lettuce seems to stall or make me gain every time I eat it now. I always see a jump up on the scale the day after I have eaten a big salad! :o(
