After a week of little nibbles due to becoming a nana for the first time (yay we have a grandson) the weight has crept on a little 😑 back to the healthy eating. Normally weigh myself every Thursday morning but had a quick peek this morning and put on 0.9kg, not horrendous but a wake up call that it doesn’t take long for it to creep back on. Onwards and upwards as they say. 💪🏻😋
