I just finished on the stationary bike. Had to work it a little harder tonight. Made potato soup. "Thought" I had lightened it up by using the healthy request soup and fat free evaporated milk. I ran my recipe thru WW's recipe builder---11 points for 12 oz!!!!! OH MY!!!! I don't know the calories!!!! To top it off, I had 3 cresent rolls, BUT I had the spray butter!!! Like I said....worked it harder on my bike!!! Hooped a little longer too!
