Good God I didn't think my cals were that high..I was away form home and lost track..damn it..

3026 kcal Fat: 89.54g | Prot: 94.41g | Carbs: 471.54g.   Breakfast: raisins, Light Original Soymilk, 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup, honey nut shredded wheat, crunch berries. Lunch: 2% cheese, whipped pumpkin peanut butter mixture,2 Tbs, pepperidge farm bread, Oatmeal, Cooked, Regular , pumpkin. Dinner: lettuce, refried beans, blue cheese, Chicken Breast for Fajitas. Snacks/Other: graham, cool whip, chocolate syrup, dreyer's, Chips Deluxe Cookies Soft 'n Chewy, Mini Chocolate Chips, Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, fun size, jello rice pudding, kudos, jif, nutter butter cookies. more...

At least you still recorded everything - that's something! You're just working hard on keeping your metabolism going, aren't you? Just have a couple of low days and you'll be fine. Good luck getting back on track! :)

Holy girlie!! If that doesn't rev your metabolism I don't know what will!! lol!! If I ate all of that my butt would double in size!! You must be doing something right if you can maintain 120-125 with those kind of calories!! Your food diary is making me hungry...really hungry.... Remember I LOVE your honesty!! You'll be fine :)

At least it wasn't a binge. Even though you did go over your cals, you didn't lose control :)
