Today was my fasting day. I was completly honest in my food dairy. I had a few slip ups. Half of a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar free chocolate pudding I found at the back of my fridge. (Had to check to see if was still good!-it was!) Other than that, I think I did pretty good! I am human! I am getting ready to ride my stationary bike. I think "all is good"!

You did GREAT!!!!! I think you will find your calories consumed will be a little less on your non-fast days too.
