So today I look back at my history and find that i weighed 200 pounds i made good improvements but not in a steady pace. So by March 16 I will lose 12 pounds. I will be down to 171. I wish I took it more seriously so i can be in my sixties. My issue is nighttime eating I did one time this week where i did not eat much. Today im going to Dennys im having egg whites and vegetables.
