I was off for 5 days and I think I did ok. not great considering i ate popcorn at the movies. I need to start taking my own healthy snack to the movie.

Walked down the eleven flights of stairs at work again. hadnt done it in 5 days. There are now 5 or so other people walking down the stairs now. That makes me proud. I inspired others to do it. Maybe I can get them all together to walk up the stairs. lol
