Gonna make bacon and eggs for breakfast with the hubs this morning! We never ate breakfast together before I started this diet, so starting a new tradition as well! Not only am I feeling better from this diet, but I now cook a lot more which makes him a happier man. Win win!!!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
