slowly getting back on track. ditched the naturopath direction to ditch dairy. have added low fat cream, greek yogurt , cheese and 1% milk into my food plan. reading the ten commandments diet book. talks about strategy and changing problem behaviors around food. it's what I need right now. slowly getting back into walking as well. Lost 3 pounds at last week's TOPS weigh in. strongly considering changing to the Monday night group. I think I have more in common with that group than the one I attend now. Also am back to prepping food for work week, especially chopped salad and healthier dessert when I think I need a bit of something sweet. this week frozen banana treat dipped in 70% dark chocolate. Estimate about 50 calories a piece .
