I am going to try the south beach diet- looks like it is something that might work for me- I have to kick the sugar addiction I have- not for the weightloss but mostly for the health benifits in the long run- see if I can kick my morning coffee habit at the same time- Hate to see all the Starbucks in my area close down now that I won't be going as often but it simply has to be done at this point. I am ready to start journaling again- get some control back and stop being so crazy :)- I have high hopes going into the fall- LOL- I would like to drop 5-9 within the next two weeks for my step sisters wedding- for once I would like to be happy with myself at such a family function (for those of you reading this- my step sister was Ms. Colorado at one point winning wieght lifting compitions and she is a beautiful blonde) heavy sigh- anyway out of that mental rut and on to being healthy and happy into my fourties!!!

HI Skinnymomma ... It sounds like you're headed to jump back on the saddle and ride off into the sunset (or Fall!) I've been doing SouthBeach for the last 2 weeks and it really does help with the cravings. Good luck on that journey and if you need any pointers, feel free to ask me!
