Well I've been traveling a bit and I went to London over the weekend, which is always an excuse for me to eat all kinds of horrible things I can't get back home, like Jelly Beans and Cinnamon scrolls. Oh no! I did have a couple of bad days of binging on things which I shouldn't be but every single time I do I wish I hadn't, not just because of the guilt factor, but because it really just don't make my body very happy. I crash and burn and now I understand better why that happens. I think I need to start all the way back at Day 1 Phase 1 now.
On the plus side while I was there I bought some new jeans and Size 27! That's super exciting. I still feel quite flabby though, although one huge thing I have noticed since being on the Fat Flush is that even though I haven't lost much weight this week, my cellulite is disappearing! It must be all the fluids I'm drinking plus the no caffeine, it really has made a huge difference. I'm impressed, I've had that cellulite there ever since I was pregnant with my son and no matter what I've done it hasn't budged. Of course it hasn't completely melted off but a really marked improvement.
