Chinese New Year. Grill closed, ugh I forgot and didnt bring a lunch.
What beholds me is a buffet of fried carbs. UGH and Im starving

How about just eating whatever is inside the fried carbs? Or heck, just eat the fried carbs but eat them really slowly, eat half as much as you normally would, and drink lots of water in between.....
