So a couple of days ago I said I would start working out 5x a week at least until August 14. Well I have worked out two days in a row and I feel great. It is always good to get back into things. I even did 8 mins abs tonight...cheezy, but I still love the results and the fact it is only 8 mins of my life..lol. I also tried p90x yesterday...well I didn't have the tools to really do the first disc and I can't do push ups think I hurt myself a bit trying...no fun. So I might just stick to gym basics...I've never been great with workout videos anyway. I'm sure that if I keep up this regiment I can make it to 185lbs by August 14. I have finally conquered my eating...I know what I can and can't have to continue losing weight, though I'm getting kind of tired of some of my food and want to pig out, but of course I want to be thin more than I want to pig out so it is working. Hope ya'll are doing great :)
