Cleaned out the garage for about 2 hrs today, mopped my tile and hardwood floor, and then went for a 30 minute walk. Came back and threw together some chili I copied from Wendys . The proceded to eat WAY too much of it but man it was good ..lol . The only thing that may save me from gaining is that I didnt eat much today ..but we'll see ... Did cut out the crackers and butter I normaly would have with it though ..

Good job cutting the extra calories. Those portion sizes are soo hard, and sooo easy to eat:-) I weigh everything now, you losing keep it up!
