At this point there was 1 or 2 days where I practically only ingested 400 calories. I would start the day without eating, only drinking lots of water. I exercised (indoor cycling) and, by 1600 hours, I would start eating. This lasted only for 2 days because I felt like a walking dead. My brain was in sleep mode and it was hard to think. So, from that point on, I resumed eating moderately.
